There are a small number of filters that may automatically pop into place when you go to submit a client, based on the filters the casting director has set for a role on their breakdown.
If your client does not appear on the submission list for a particular role, it likely means your client does not have that matching filter on their profile.
You can clear this filter by clicking the 'x' button next to the particular filter/s, this can be found just above your client suggestions on the breakdown. Once cleared you can search for the specific client you wish to submit, and proceed to submit them.
We continue to send communications to encourage Performers to ensure their profile is up to date. If these filters reveal something missing from your client's profile, we'd recommend getting that detail added so they are automatically filtered in in future.
