The access level for what clients can do on the Jobs Feed is controlled by you as their agent.
- By default, all agents’ clients' access is set to ‘Read Only’, when a new agent is added to their account. Access can be changed to ‘Nudge’, which allows them to send you a notification when they are interested in being submitted or to ‘Full Access’, where they can self-submit.
- You can see alerts for any nudges from your clients under 'Client Alerts' when you're looking at the Jobs Feed.
- If you have agreed with a client to change the access setting for them, you would to go to ’Client Link Board Access’ under the ‘Account Settings’ section from your left hand menu, find the client's name and select the level of access upon which you have agreed.
Please note, that if a client has more than one agent, then all agents would need to set them to the same access level in order for that access to be released to them.
