If you have an active account you can change/remove your Agent via your Spotlight account.
If you are changing agents, please be aware that you will need to add your new agent, before removing your previous agent, so that your profile remains registered under agency representation.
When editing your Agent please make sure to check your contractual obligations with them directly before making any changes.
- Please sign-in to your account using your email address and password and click on the ‘Menu’ option in the top left corner of your screen. Then click ‘Representation’ under the ‘My Profile’ section.
- Then click the 'Add' button to add your new agent. You can then start typing the agency name into the box at the top of the drop down list and suggestions will then appear in the drop-down box for you to select.
- When you have selected the name of the agency, click the 'Add’ button next to the dropdown list to ensure you save your changes. This will add your profile to their client list immediately.
- Once added, please make sure that you have identified your main agent, which you can do by using the arrows to move your main agent to the top of your list.
If your Young Performer account is currently inactive and you now have a new agency, please email updates@spotlight.com with the name of the new agency to be added. This will need to be updated by our team before you are able to reactivate your membership.
Please note: A maximum of two agents can be selected using this facility. If you have more than two agents you will need to email updates@spotlight.com and our data team will be able to help. They’ll pick up your message during office hours and make any necessary changes.
