Tagmin allows for automatic updates from Spotlight for talent profile data. This creates client profiles as well as updates them as and when they appear or edit their profile in Spotlight. The data we pull across automatically is: headshots, skills, personal information, measurements, location data and nationalities.
If you wish to disable this automatic feature please find this setting under Spotlight -> Preferences.
Once a client has been added to your Tagmin, locate them inside the client list - then add their email address to the box labelled email, and invite the talent to create their own profile and fill in this information themselves.
You may also wish to utilise the representation tab on the client page. This allows you to mark up to 4 users which will receive updates about this client, such as when a self-tape has been uploaded, if they have a pencil and various other booking related notifications.
Once this data has been entered we can invite the client to create their own username and password against this profile so they can keep this data up to date from either the Tagmin Talent App or the browser login portal. You can invite the client by clicking the send invitation button depicted below:
If the client is already registered, the active text will show in place of this button:
Troubleshooting
Should you find talent are no longer automatically importing, you may wish to check your spotlight credentials are correct; found in Spotlight -> Preferences. You can click the button depicted below to check if those details are correct.
Gaps may occur if these details were incorrect for some time; you can bulk import any missing talent using the import clients button depicted below; simply wait for the import to complete, and those missing clients should feed through along with any missed updates for your existing clients.
