The calendar allows you to view a meeting, self-tape, pencil or job that your agent adds for you will display on the relevant dates. You can click on the job/meeting to view the details. Clicking on the heading titles will open or close each section.
You can also add your own availability for your agent to see from their end. You can do this by clicking into the start date on the calendar - the add event window will now open.
Make sure you click on the blank space in the box for that date, and not on an existing event.
Type in the event title under 'What'.
Select a type under 'Type'. (Most agents use 'not available' or 'client availability' for events where you are not available, however each agency can set their own event types).
You can alter the start and end dates under "When". If your event is all-day select the 'all-day' option, otherwise fill out the start and end times.
Then finally click on "add event". To close the window click on the 'X' located in the top right.
It is important to keep your availability up to date so your agent can refer to this when submitting you for work.
