Performer Support: Changing your account Contact Details (email, address and telephone number)
To change your Spotlight registered email address:
Sign in to your Spotlight account using your currently registered email address and password.
Click on ‘Menu’ in the top left corner of the screen.
Scroll down to the ‘Account settings’ section
Click ‘My Login Details’
Change your email address (making sure to avoid any typos!)
Once the system registers a change, you will receive a verification email. It’s important that you click the link contained in this email otherwise you may experience issues accessing your account in the future
To change the address and telephone number registered to your Spotlight account:
Sign in to your Spotlight account using your email address and password.
Click on ‘Menu’ in the top left corner of the screen.
Scroll down to the ‘Account settings’ section
Click ‘My Details’
Here you can change/select new telephone number and address details
Select ‘Update Details’ at the bottom of the page in blue to save your changes
