Performer Support: How do I Add or Manage Agents on my Profile?
This article provides instructions for both adult and young performers on how to add, remove, or update agency representation on a Spotlight profile. Maintaining an accurate list of agents ensures that casting directors are contacting the correct representatives regarding your professional opportunities.

Managing Agents for Adult Performers (18+)
Sign into your account via the Spotlight Homepage using your email address and password.
Select Representation beneath the My Profile section from the left-hand side panel.
Click the Add button.
Type the agency name into the box at the top of the drop-down list and select the correct suggestion from the list.
Click the Add button next to the dropdown list to save your changes. Your profile will be added to their client list immediately.
Managing Agents for Young Performers
Active Accounts: Follow the same numbered process outlined above. However, because a Young Performer account requires active representation to remain valid, you must add your new agent before removing your previous agent.
Inactive Accounts: If the profile is currently inactive because there is no agency representation, do not submit a new application. Instead, email updates@spotlight.com and our support team will add the agent for you. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reactivate the membership.
Important notes and limitations
Changing Agents: If you are switching representation, ensure you remove the previous agent after adding the new one.
Main Agent: If you have multiple agencies, use the arrows to move your primary contact to the top of the list to identify them as your main agent.
Agent Not Listed: If your agency does not appear in the search, ask them to contact the Spotlight team to discuss registration.
Agent Limit: You can select a maximum of five agents through the online portal. If you require more than five agents, please contact updates@spotlight.com for assistance.
