Performer Support: How do I upload photos to my gallery?
This article provides step-by-step instructions for performers on how to add photos to their Spotlight gallery. It also outlines the specific technical and content requirements to ensure your images are accepted by our moderation team.

How to Upload a Photo
Log in to your profile and select Edit Profile from the panel on the left hand-side.
From your profile page, enter the gallery area by selecting the pencil icon on the lower right of the main profile photo
Select the Add photo option and choose the photo you want to upload from your computer or device.
Once you are happy with your selection, select Save and then Continue on the pop-up message.
Enter the photographer’s name—either choose a name from the drop-down menu when you start typing or type a new name if it does not appear and press enter.
Press Continue to complete the upload.
Photo Requirements
Dimensions: At least 500 pixels wide by 500 pixels tall (the system will provide a warning if the file is too small).
File Size: Between 1MB and 40MB.
Content Restrictions: Screengrabs or photos containing copyright watermarks will be rejected.
Group Photos: If a photo includes another person, they must be a Spotlight member. You should indicate this in the "Description" field; photos featuring non-members will be rejected.
Quantity: You can upload up to 15 gallery photos, though 4 or 5 high-quality, well-chosen photos are recommended.
