Agency Support: Breakdown Closed Early

Whilst this is not common practice, there are circumstances that may require a breakdown to be closed early. For example, this may occur if there has been a change in production or if an overwhelming number of suggestions have been submitted.

If a breakdown has been closed early, this will show in red as Closed Early in the Breakdown List view:

And the reason why the breakdown was removed will pop up when you hover over the information bubble:

The breakdown details view will also show as Closed Early. Agents will no longer be able to make suggestions unless an amendment is sent.
